What’s new with Geotab in December 2024?

Intelligis, as an authorized Geotab distributor in Central America, is excited to announce the latest updates to MyGeotab, implemented in December 2024, offering significant improvements for fleet management in the region.

Improvements in Driver Risk Predictions

Road safety is a priority, and Geotab has optimized driver risk assessments in MyGeotab. Previously, predictions were based on the last seven days of driving data; now, the system analyzes the last 500 kilometers driven, spanning up to 60 days. This methodology provides a more accurate and equitable assessment of driver behavior, enabling more effective identification and mitigation of risky behaviors.

Mobile Navigation and Download Center

To optimize operational efficiency, two new features have been introduced in MyGeotab's advanced routing:

• Mobile Navigation: Drivers can access optimized routes directly from their mobile devices, facilitating navigation and improving delivery punctuality.
• Download Center: Fleet managers can download essential task data, improving planning and analysis of daily operations.

These tools are designed to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

Additional Updates in MyGeotab

In addition to the improvements mentioned, the following updates have been implemented:

• New Asset Management Experience: All clients have been updated to this improved interface, which replaces the old Vehicles and Assets page, offering a more intuitive and efficient management experience.
• Updated Zone Types Page: This section has been revamped to align with the new Zenith design system, enhancing platform consistency and usability.
